About Irish Acres
A family farm with an old-world heart.
Rooted in faith, honest work, and the simple goodness of real food.
Where our story began
Know the land. Know the animals. Know your food.
Irish Acres began with a simple thought: our family should know where its food comes from.
Mark, born in Ireland, and Oksana, born in Ukraine, brought together two old-world traditions of hospitality, resourcefulness, and respect for the land. Encouraged by family and friends, the little farm grew into a working place where food could be raised and prepared with care, then shared with the community.
Today, Irish Acres is a small family farm in Brooksville, Florida, home to Jersey cows, free-ranging chickens, gardens, a farmhouse bakery, and a family grateful for the privilege of doing work that matters. From Hernando County to Tampa Bay, people find their way here because they want to know the land, animals, and hands behind their food.

“Our focus has always been you, your family, and your health through good farm-fresh food.”
Life at Irish Acres
A small farm, shared personally.
We are not a large commercial farm. We are a small-acreage family farm where customers can see the animals, speak with the people who do the work, and rediscover the trust that comes from knowing the source of their food.

The Irish Acres story
A place made to be shared.
Whether you come for A2A2 raw milk, sourdough bread, or a hands-on farm tour, we hope you leave with something more than what you carried home.
Irish Acres is about taking a little more time, paying attention, and welcoming people into the real life of the farm.
