Our raw dairy products and farmhouse baking are made in small quantities, so availability changes naturally from week to week.

Oksana prepares naturally fermented sourdough bread in small batches in the farmhouse kitchen here in Brooksville. Before the bread goes forward, she pauses to give it her blessing.
